We did a day trip to the farm that John is buying. John will run a home for widows as well as produce food, milk and jobs for the orphanage. Here Ellen, Micaela, and Andria check out the bull that John bought. The farm is about 30 minutes from the orphanage. There were also a couple of cows, chickens, goats and a dog on the farm. The three guys who tend to the animals sleep in make-shift shelters much like the one behind the women in this picture.
