Handwashing
The school (k-6th) made these simple handwashing units. The jugs are on pivots with strings attached to a piece of wood on the ground. If you want to wash your hands after using the outdoor bathroom (which is a simple hole in the ground)

How awesome is it that kids with no families are planting gardens to help other families with no food?! PS Please tell me that that is not the line to go to the bathroom....
ReplyDeleteI tried this great program with my kids called Germy Wormy Germ Smart. It teaches proper handwashing techniques, how germs spread and how to NOT spread germs. It was so much fun and really amazing how quickly my kids learned healthier hygiene habits!
