. We toured the all the royal huts. (The queen wasn't allowed in the main section of the king's hut when he was on the throne talking to his subjects). One hut was for beer! One hut was for milk. The beer hut had huge containers like kegs. Straws were used for community drinking. Men were not allowed to look into the queens hut. If you were caught "peeking" into her hut you were castrated! All of her workers were castrated so that there were no problems!! lol Women were not allowed to drink or smoke in public. They could do these things but had to do them in hiding. There was a huge bed in the king's hut (probably the size of 4 king size beds). The king would enter from one direction and the queen had to enter from a back door.
